• Design, implement and analyze primary marketing research for assigned projects
• Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
• Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research studies with healthcare professionals and consumers, write up analytical reports based on research findings, and present research results.
• Design appropriate research programs to address business learning needs and offer strategic business insights.
• Design, manage, analyze, and communicate the findings of original research studies in response to defined business issues and learning needs.•
• Work with internal clients and outside vendors to design research that is of optimal strategic value within time and budget constraints. •
• Develop and ‘sell’ internal proposals for market research, and defend research proposals against challenges from internal stakeholders.•
• Utilize secondary data, competitive intelligence and other forms of external data to supplement and amplify the results of primary market research. •
• Develop intimate understanding of the business and relevant products including financials, positioning, marketing programs, distribution, and customers•
• Communicate overall business insights in an actionable manner by creating business perspective using the five-step process.
• Ensure that research projects are both efficient and non-redundant, maximizing the reach of the market research budget.
• Engage cross-functional partners during the design, implementation and analysis of market research.
• Utilize a standardized process for the conduct and dissemination of market research that includes all key stakeholders
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, developing a sense of urgency, challenging vendors and evolving the overall research program.
