7- Support Technical sales teams for customer support.

a) Studying project tender drawings, specifications and related documents.
b) Reviewing tender proposal technical and financial documents.
c) Issue and process requisitions for quotations to vendors and suppliers.
d) Obtain written quotations from local and overseas suppliers.
e) Negotiate with vendors to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms, etc.
f) Prepare both technical and financial comparisons for senior engineer review.
g) Prepare submittal, or re-submittal for consultant's approval in line with the selected vendor.
h) Negotiate, or renegotiate, and administer sub-contract agreement with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other representative.
i) Prepare and process letters of intent (LOI), purchase orders and subcontracts for supplies and equipment.

It is a programme for talent entry level engineers where they have rotation in the key departments of the company for 27 months, the departments are divided into technical related departments like ( Technical Office-Quality Control) and management related ones ( Tendering - procurement).

 Technical office in The Grand Egyptian Museum project ( 3 months ) :
a) Responsible for preparing Panel schedule for Panel boards for the Grand Egyptian Museum Project.
b) Responsible for reviewing and handle consultant technical comments in co-ordination with procurement and supplier for Light Current Package (FA-CCTV-PIR-BMS-Access Control) Systems for the Grand Egyptian Museum Project.

 Quality Control in Mall of Egypt project ( 3 months ):
c) Responsible for revising the quality of electrical installation and get consultant approval on it.

 Tendering in the Head Quarter ( 3 months ):

Responsible for preparing technical and commercial comparisons for different electrical items in the following projects:
d) Working in the Project of MARS Factory Development Phase one.
e) Abu Dhabi Transportation Management Centre.
f) MIVIDIA Project.
g) Improvement of Mafraq to Al Ghwaifat Border Post Highway Project.
h) Aramco Housing Project.





 Technical Procurement In the Head Quarter ( 15 months ):

Responsible for preparing financial and technical comparisons for different items, issue purchasing orders for suppliers, Sub-Contracts for sub-contractors, handle consultant technical comments in co-ordination with supplier and technical office for the following projects:
i) Giza North power station project.
j) Golf Views Project.
k) Hurghada AirPort.
l) Dar Elfouad new medical tower.
m) As-Salam International hospital.
n) Dar Elfouad extension-6th October.
