To build up, train and manage sales team with strong reliable sales systems and procedures to guarantee delivering the targets and best customer services with the maximum benefits to the company.
Ensure the realization of the annual plans, budgets and KPI by monitoring sales indicators direct and indirect sales progress, using statistical information and take necessary actions.
Control profitability of sales within predetermined margins.
