i'm responsible for revising, approving and implementing operations and vendors contracts as well as tenders and bids preparation.
i'm also responsible for developing business segments to maximise company profits

i was responsible for the downhole tools rental and machine shop including but not limited to (sales follow up, marketing strategy, tenders technical and commercial, contracts and disputes)
in addition i was also responsible with QHSE manager for implementing API procedures and acquired API (q1 - 7-1 and 5ct)

Responsibilities:
• Review and approve RFQ, Tenders, Contracts packages in conjunction with the company policy
• Develop and maintain Fiscal Administrative Policy and Procedures Manual
• Review and approve Budgets and Budget revisions
• Verifies expenditures and authorizes payment of invoices
• Develop fiscal documents and budget worksheets
• Monitors agreements for fiscal & administrative compliance
• Review and respond to audits
• Provide technical assistance and clarification on all fiscal administrative and or operational issues
• Develop and authorize fiscal approval letters

i was responsible for Downhole tools sales as well as registering the company's activities in the Egyptian authorities as well as oil and gas companies
