* Details of Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned target for both assets and liabilities to ensure that target are met in a transparent & ethical way
• Managing the sales team developing a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls
• Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory.
• Ensure that every customer interaction is conduct as a superior service experience
• Transfer knowledge, guide and act as role model for younger staff and to ensure that the new hires on- boarding process is strictly adhered.
• Handle customer issues escalated by customer service representatives - and ensure effective closure of complaints
• Reviews performance of employees to determine strengths and weaknesses and ensure provision of adequate training and development programs to enhance and upgrade their capabilities to perform at the required standards
• Complete annual performance evaluations and work with employees to determine employee goals
* Details of Responsibilities:
• Identifies, acquires & grows a base of retail customers in order to meet business objectives.
• Nurtures the growth of long-term business relationship with target retail customers by providing them with substantial added value and providing world-class financial products / services.
• Achieves volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship deepening.
• Personally and proactively at building the business, deepening relationships and increasing targeted consumers through the execution of an effective sales process.
• Keeps updated and learns in-depth the more complicated products offered by the competition.
• Grows the number of new account relationships via conversion of branch walk-ins, customers referrals, marketing leads and self-generated leads.
• Proactive in assessing financials needs of customers.
• Demonstrates all access channels to customers.
• Handled customer’s service.
• Participates in special projects and tasks including Compliance related activities.
• Proactively provides feedback to the Branch Manager and supporting units of new products, marketing, service opportunities and issues to assist in decision making
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
• Selling all bank products emphasizing on credit cards to all the customers.
• Make Offers of Credit Cards to all the listed companies.
• Listed new companies to be target by the sales team.
• Handling all customers' requirements and complaints.
• Help all the new staff of the Bank how to sell the bank products.
• Dealing with a large number of customers especially in all companies in Egypt.
• Record the Journal entries & Ledger.
• Prepare Trial Balance.
• Participate in preparing Balance Sheet, Income statement and Cash Flow.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare financial analysis reports.
• Prepare double entry.
• Record the Journal entries & Ledger.
• Prepare Trial Balance .
• Participate in preparing Balance Sheet, Income statement and Cash Flow.
• Maintaining Fixed Assets register (Additions, disposals, Depreciation and Physical
• Count) and recording of related transactions. Develop the Depreciation Statement system by an EXCEL spreadsheet calculates the fixed depreciation & the additional depreciation instead of the manual system, to provide details analyses of depreciation expense
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
• Preparing monthly Tax Return
• Preparing the general tax on the income
