 Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
 Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
 Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
 reports to the General Manager, Finance and Business Operations, and responsible for the provision of an advisory and consultancy service to management and employees on all aspects of human resource management, and provides project support for various human resource and organisational development projects.
 Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications .
 Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed .
 Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
 Reviewing, screening, and maintaining applications and resumes.
 Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
 Coordinating benefit plan due diligence with Director, Human Resources & Producing company newsletter.
 Serving as back-up for payroll processing, if current processor is unavailable and adequate training is provided. Assist with payroll process as needed to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
 Assisting with providing compliance in all areas of human resources .
