أقوم بعمل قيود اليومية لحسابات العملاء وكذلك قيود اليومية لحساب البنك وقيد أستحقاق أتعاب الاطباء وتسجيل هذه القيود على البرنامج المحاسبى الجاهز المستخدم بالمستشفى
كما أقوم بعمل مذكرة تسوية البنك فى نهاية كل شهر
كما أقوم بأعداد فواتير حسابات المرضى بالقسم الداخلى سواء كانت فواتير نقدى أو أجل
كما أقوم بأعداد و مراجعة مطالبات وحدة الغسيل الكلوى قبل أرسالها للعملاء
كما أقوم بأعداد أتعاب الاطباء شهريا ( للقسم الداخلى )
كما أقوم بأعداد مطالبات القسم الداخلى بالمستشفى لارسالها للعملاء
First / External revenue for the hospital
1-customer claims
Audit documents and enter the data and pricing services for All claims for customers (health insurance companies and public syndicates)
At the end of each month I make a monthly report with a total value of each claim individually and the total value of claims and Report with errors found in the documents even avoid these mistakes by the reception staff in the coming months
2-the cash
Insert external the cash revenue Sort order Cereal Treasury receipts
I distribute external revenue percentages of agreed between the hospital and the doctors (the hospital's share and the share of doctors' fees)
I make analytical reports to external hospital revenue (cash and customer) by using the Pivot Table feature found in excel program
بالنسبة للإيراد الخارجى الخاص بالمستشفى (أولا الاجل) أقوم بمراجعة المرفقات وأدخال البيانات وتسعير الخدمات لجميع مطالبات العملاء (الشركات والنقابات التى نتعامل مع مرضاها بنظام الدفع الاجل) وفى نهاية كل شهر بأقوم بعمل تقرير شهرى بأجمالى قيمة كل مطالبة على حده وأجمالى قيمة المطالبات وتقرير بألاخطاء الموجودة بمرفقات الاجل حتى يتم تلافى هذه الاخطاء من قبل موظفين الريسبشن فى الشهور المقبلة (ثانيا النقدى) بأقوم بأدخال أيراد المستشفى النقدى بترتيب سريال أيصالات الخزينة ومن ثم أقوم بتوزيع الايراد بالنسب المتفق عليها بين المستشفى والاطباء (حصة المستشفى وحصة أتعاب الاطباء) كما كنت أقوم بعمل تقارير تحليلية لايرادات المستشفى الخارجية (نقدى و أجل) بأستخدام خاصية الـ Pivot Table الموجوده فى برنامج الاكسيل

Audit documents and invoices and checks suppliers before payment to them
Audit anesthesiologists and radiologists and doctors ultrasound fees

مراجعة أتعاب الاطباء (عيادات و داخلى) ومستندات وفواتير وشيكات الموردين قبل صرفها وأيضا مراجعة أتعاب أطباء التخدير وأتعاب أطباء الاشعة والموجات الصوتية وكذلك مراجعة أستعاضات المصاريف الخاصة بالمستشفى وتم تدريبى فى قسم حسابات المرضى على كيفية عمل فواتير النقدى والاجل وأستطيع التعامل مع برنامج الـ (Blue Soft) المستخدم هناك

حيث أقوم بأدخال قيود اليومية عليه وكذلك أدخال أذون الاضافة والصرف الخاصة بالمخازن عليه والترحيل للحصول على التقارير من خلال البرنامج
وكذلك مراجعة مستخلصات الموردين والعهد المؤقتة وعمل قيود اليومية للعهد المؤقتة ولضريبة الخصم والاضافة

أمساك دفتر تحليلى العمليات وعمل ميزان مراجعة شهرى فرعى للعمليات كما قمت بتصميم برنامج محاسبى صغير على برنامج الاكسيل بأستخدام معادلات الاكسيل و ربط شيتات الاكسيل ببعض وبذلك أستطعت أدخال قيود اليومية على البرنامج للحصول على ميزان المراجعة العام فى نهاية السنة المالية دون جهد
