PROCESS SUSTAINING

- Assist in resolving process related issues that would lead to quality problems and production delays.
- Performs daily machine calibration and set-up to ensure good running condition of equipment.
- Performs machine/device conversion and set-up for continuous production operation.
- Keeps an update record on machine history, major repair, and replacement of parts, downtime records and charts for control and references purposes.
- Coordinates with his superior regarding maintenance requirements.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, machine overhauling, and painting and complete machine reconditioning following approved schedule.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of breakdown equipment, replacement of worn-out parts, refilling and charging of lubricants.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

- Assist in setting up, evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
- Assist in evaluation of new products and engineering runs as required by the customer.
- Supports activities or programs related to the overall goals of the engineering group.
