Salon and Spa Operation Management
Responsible for ensuring that all clients receive an outstanding and memorable experience.
Ensure an effective management of the spa operations; including reservations, treatments, and retailing.
As well responsible for training, supervising, retaining and motivating a group of qualified team of professionals by achieving sales goals, business objectives and spa profitability.
Hands on leadership executing services on a full time basis (or as needed) Supervise the technicians team; ensuring consistency of service and safety protocols and client satisfaction on every interaction.
Provide continuous guidance through constructive feedback to colleagues for continuous improvement.
Train new staff. Communicate with spa area manager to ensure smooth day to day operations; including purchasing requirements, guest feedback and staff needs.
Assist in the development and motivation of the spa team to increase retail sales and guest loyalty.
Other duties includes:
Front desk leader/receptionist, Cash handling/ cashiering, services offering/selling, clerical work/administrative work, preparation and sending of record and reports in day to day basis manually and by email, dealing directly with customers and their concerns, cash/sales bank deposits and handling all salon and spa operation matters.
Responsible for the whole operation of the spa, front office/front desk operation, spa facilities and Restaurant's eat all you can buffet.
Manpower monitoring, attendance, work attitude, performance, evaluation and training.
Interact, attending and assisting customer/guest issues and concerns.
Monitoring and handling maintenance issues during operation.
Cash Handling for front desk Sales reports and operation's sales counting.
Handling Stocks ordering/purchasing and payments direct to the supplier.
Maintain Cleanliness, Company high moral, excellent customer service at all times, and secured smooth operation of the spa.
Support to the hotel Sr. Supervisor, support to the whole operation of the hotel accommodation in Dhahran Saudi ARAMCO business community. Secretarial duties, Attending Customer concerns, handling inquiries regarding booking/reservations and procedures of the whole operation. Attending front desk/ front office operation as needed. Keeping of operation file/records and employees programs/safety meetings. Attending any maintenance issues/ request.
Handling whole operation for Spa facilities and buffet dining restaurant. Responsibilities include manpower supervising/monitoring and Cash counting and reporting at the end of shift duty. Attending all customers, employees and operation concerns and complaints/issues.
Preparing price quotation/price estimates and makes approval for job quotation with price adjustments. .

Maintain and increase the target sales of the group.
Preparing of sales report to the OIC.
