In My previous company i started as an associate and took calls for a period of 9 months and therein after i was acting as an aux Team Leader in the absence of Team Leader and have even handled the ON JOB TRAINING batches.
When i started handling the ON JOB TRAINING batches at first it was very difficult but later i got used to it and my working roles include-
•Providing technical support for international clients.
•Managing the sales and thereby bringing profit to the company.
•Making sure that the customers are happy with our product and thereby bringing sales to the company
•Analysing each customer's need and behaving accordingly
•Keeping a close watch on the ratio of day to day sales
•Working on tickets and resolve the issue on less down time
•Working on the tickets according to the priority
•Working on the escalated tickets and submitting the report to the management
•Preparation of the weekly report of the tickets and analyze it
•Preparing Hourly Report and analysing it with the prvious data and sending it to all managers.
