Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling and resolving customer issues on day to day basis.
• Performing master data operations for vendors and customers and inserting all the required information in database in an accurate manner.
• Validating and inputting data as per the requirement.
• Ensuring data integrity is achieved.
• Provide support and data analysis for CCSR project.
• Resolving various incidents related to Oracle, IST Lawson as per ITIL Standards through Remedy.
• Support the end users by resolving issues related to accounts payables, POs, invoices etc.
Roles and Responsibilities assigned during Viceroy Hotels, Resorts and Residences Project and other tasks:
• Administering Windows server 2008 and SQL Server for Proliance Software.
• Active Directory integration with Proliance Software.
• Taking regular backups and upgrading the software from time to time.
• Creating reports using Cognos reporting tool.
• Training users about the Proliance software by making regular site visits
• Understanding and evaluating the Tender documents in the Document control software - Proliance.
• Coordinating with various teams and acting as a Support Desk.
Roles and Responsibilities for XP Migration Project and other tasks:
• Controlling IT Assets of ME Region.
• Assets Management: Understanding Hub Process and deployment of PC’s in an organization using ITIL Industry Standards.
• Providing first level Service Desk support incidents and service requests that are generated via phone, email, and instant message, self-service.
• Supporting Active Directory configuration, creation of email accounts for users, and backing up of servers.
• Opening/Closing of incidents and services requests in incident tracking tool.
• Meet all productivity and breakthrough goals as measured by the department.
• Perform basic client administration activities
• Creating and submitting knowledgebase content on to the workspace.
• Interacting with all the team members across middle-east and developing site documentation and network diagrams using Microsoft Visio for Middle East.
• Helping out team members with documenting client services processes and site documentation.

• Gaining knowledge about division of SAP and its transaction codes according to organizational division to name a few Materials Management, ABAP Technicians, and Customer Data etc.
• Onsite training of SAP R/3 through creation of user account, creation of tables, creation of different types of reports in ABAP, creation of modules, and creation of smart forms.
