Searching properties such as Commercial Villas, Open Lands, Apartments and Buildings from web sites and news papers that are for rent/lease/sale. Dealing and negotiate directly to owners and other real estate agents especially the value of the property. Survey the premises and prepare all necessary documents for final inspection with specialist inspectors. Prepare all the necessary documents ready to sale, rent and lease properties. Negotiate with the buyers and arrange meeting for proper presentation of the properties with complete details and documents. Transportation arrangement if required. Monitoring sales as they proceed. Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
