in this ngo a little call center set up there , we provide free ambulance services and free blood availabilty, for that we had to attend calls and transfer that adress to ambulance staff same time ambulance went there.after that we had to call near by hospital, accidential area
i had to handle opreation department, sometime direct deal with customer billing, sometime ihad to mke order also even sometime serve also at the time absense of team mamber .
