Recruitment Officer
Responsible for many projects to cover the manpower needs as planned as well as replacement. Also supports the recruitment for companies within our group; Alsafwa Co. El-Seif Catering and Ellied Diagnostics
My daily activities as a recruiter includes but not limited to:
-Attending job fairs on the companies behalf, standing at a staff and talking with graduates and job seekers.
-Attending network events and using marketing to attract suitable and potential candidates.
-Helping clients to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies.
-Review scan CVs and conduct phone interviews .
- Describing the work duties, salary and benefits of a particular vacancy.
- Bring candidates to company for interviews.
- Shortlisting.
- Placing selected candidates on the right salary scale.
-Preparing a hire request and get the budget approved and carry on with drafting the job offers and employment contracts.
-Managing new hire induction.
-Completing all other details and information needed for the new employees.
- Supports department managers in finalizing the job description for 90% of their positions.
-Handling a project with MOE regarding developing the curriculum and the environment of 10 government kindergartens located in remote areas in Riyadh where they lack the basic tools for education.
-Assisting the HR dept. with recruiting English Teachers for KSU project .
