- Boiler station contains 5 boilers each 2 ton steam and 5 heat exchangers
- Water station with 7 pumps divided in hot water station, cold water station and fire water station
- Workshop contains carpentry, polisher, painter, mission, kitchen equipment, a/c, plumber, welder workshops)
- Central A/C with 4 chillers macway each one contains 4 compressors 150 hp with 28 air handling unit and complete ventilation system
- Laundry which contains 7 extractor washer each 114 kg and 7 dryers each of 80 kg with dry clean machine, folder, ironing board
