Bulk Material Reconciliation: Maintaining requirement of bulk materials in EIP - Enterprise Information Portal along with Reconciliations.
Diesel Reconciliations : Maintaining stock of diesel with monthly reconciliation.
Monthly VAT Report: Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly Sales tax Report, VAT Reports.
Monthly Reports to Management:Sales tax Report, VAT Reports, Consumption, Stock, receipt, bulk material receipt.
Physical Verification:Checking material stock physically as per system stock to avoid material surplus and wastage.
Purchases: Handling procurement of site material for Ahmedabad Viramgam Malia Road Project of Larsen & Toubro Ltd-ECC Division.
EIP: Good knowledge of EIP (enterprise information portal) system, this is equivalent to SAP.
Submission of bills to H.Q. payment on day to day basis.
Keeping all the materials in good condition in store in LIFO & FIFO basis.
Keeping all the official record at site.
- Checking bills of suppliers, MIS Report, Inventory Control.
