JOB RESPONSIBILTY
• Installation and operating of artificial lift system for enhance oil production.
• Supervised entire well testing operation from site preparation, commissioning, well testing, and decommissioning with End of well report.
• Take echo- level survey periodically to enhance production.
• Evaluate Well Integrity issue, Well problems, Artificial Lift Efficiency and Artificial Lift maintenance and other Well activities.
• Providing technical assistance to production operations.
• Planning and execution and Supervision of rig less Well services operations such as Gas Compressor, Steam injection, Water/brine pumping, Slick line Operations etc.
• Repair and maintenance of the Well head, Christmas tree and other equipment.
• Preparation of various report for well enhancement and increase production by suggesting them type of workover operation required.
• Preparation of workover program documents as per as recommendation by higher authority.
• Review of PFD, P&ID and ISO for project documents.
• Supervising Operating and Maintaining 1MMSCFD gas plant.
• Active Participation in entire Project Phase and prepared various document like SOP, SMP, ITR, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Preparing Daily Production Report, Daily Progress Report (Project), Daily Workover Report and Work over Plan for different wells.
• Prepared Well Completion report and End of Testing Report.
• Analyze, interpret, and optimize the performance of individual wells.
• Identify wells for production and ultimate recovery of producing properties through optimum operational procedures.
• Site Engineer during Hydraulic Fracturing Operation.
• Coordinate all phases of well completion and well testing.
• Knowledge of petroleum engineering operations and production methods for oil and natural gas recovery.
• Managing projects from conception, pre-production through to completion.
• Providing Technical Support to the Project team.
• Expertise in the review and optimization of existing production facilities.
• Ensure that all HSE procedure are met and maintained.
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding engineering environment
PROJECTS/MAINTENANCE PLANNING:
• Planning, maintenance and updating project schedule. Preparation of DPR and resource allocation.
• Assist Project Manager for catch-up plans and execution.
• Responsible for Laying, Testing& commissioning of underground MDPE pipelines.
• Ensure maintenance of all activity reports: Prepare Project Progress Report Periodically.
• Generating weekly fortnightly and monthly progress reports.
PROJECTS/MAINTENANCE PLANNING:
• Planning, maintenance and updating project schedule. Preparation of DPR and resource allocation.
• Assist Project Manager for catch-up plans and execution.

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Worked efficiently during annual plant shut down and furnace shut down.
• Handling over 1000 instruments and check there working conditions.
