1. Maintaining optimum standard of customer services at IVS:
Supervise day to day operations in IT department, Library, Resource Centres and Information desk; particularly with respect to customer services in order to deliver the highest standards of services to customers.
Ensure the customer services are adequately resourced by liaising with relevant staff and planning resources effectively.
Personally deal with more complex enquiries, including complaints where necessary.
Undertake customer surveys and elicit feedback on services in order to improve service delivery.
Challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvements. Ensure best customer service delivery to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of information and communications technology systems and databases. Maintain knowledge of current developments in ICT, research emerging technologies and make recommendations to support improvements in the delivery of customer services. Use information collected from all customer interactions to form future strategies and plans.

2. Dissemination of Information:
Running email and SMS service for internal and external customers.
Designing publicity material for specific events.
Managing invitee’s list and supervise team involve in dispatching of postal mails.

3. Digital Marketing:
Publicising and marketing services, internally and externally, through publicity material, presentations and/or social networking.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website and social networking sites
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the School website/social networking.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

4. Research and Development Support:
Support the aims and objectives of the School, and monitor the effectiveness of the LIWAPS’s contribution to learning and teaching in terms of research and innovation.
Promote research capacity building among faculty members and student groups through established strategies in collaboration with academic departments.
Ensure smooth running of R and D resources and assess their role in carrying out research.

5. Branding:
Work with School Branding Committee to develop a variety of branding formats for organizational documents; administer branding implications.
Promote responsible use of School’s intellectual property.

6. Work as a Liaison/Public Relation Officer:
Correspondence on behalf of School with strategic partner organizations.
Arranging logistical support.
Writing proposal, reports, MOUs and required documentation etc.

7. Staff Training and Development:
Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through regular consultation with line managers and Executive Director; Designing and delivering in house training programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs;
Work with external trainers; facilitate logistical arrangements for arranging seminars, workshops and events.

8. Budgeting and Monitoring Related Expenditures:
To oversee Information and Communication Technology budget for Information desk, Library, Resource Centers and I.T. Lab; monitor related expenditures.
