Currently working in HSBC, ie, Hong Kong & Sanghai Banking Corp. (GSC), Kolkata from 16th Jan.2007 to till date as Sr. Customer Service Executive (CSE) in Fraud Prevention Operations (FPO) dept.. Previously worked with HSBC Card Services (HCS) inbound voice process. Currently dealing with manual payment validation along with Reconsiliation, Fraud Prevention, Account maintenance and Manual Payment Validation with HSBC Bank plc France. Along with other responsibilities also working as an Auditor to conduct audit checks before the final delivery of the job to the business area.
