Major Job responsibilities
• Uses GIS program packages (ESRI ArcGIS) to input, edit, prepare and produce various maps
• QA/QC of As Built as well as Updating of work done by contractors (laying and jointing cables, maintenance, new connection, consumer service upgrade, etc.) in GIS
• As-Built data Migration to Esri format. (CAD file to ArcFM CAD File to GIS feature classes)
• Intensive use of AutoCAD and arcGIS 10.5 in interacting with data received from the survey department or various contractors.
• Using of Geometric Network and Network Analyst tool to find; loops, Connectivity, Disconnectivity, Upstream and Downstream, Network path, Current Flow in electricity distribution either in Low Voltage feeders or Medium Voltage circuits.
• Assists in developing geographic database structure, tables, forms, and reports
• Versioning, Reconciliation, Validation and Transition.
• Responds to departmental requests for standard or custom maps, charts, graphs, GIS analysis, GIS projects, and related information.
• Digitize the spatial data and do the data entry of non-spatial data. Run Quality Assurance programs on the collected data for the spatial and non-spatial data.
• Creation of Domains and Subtypes as part of data structure according to KAHRAMAA standard laid down.
• Drafting of scheme (Proposal) on Auto CAD, based on provided hard copy hand
Drawings by planning engineers.
• Administrator of QPRO and QDRS Ashghal
• Responsible to receive all online Road Opening Application from agencies.
• Interpret the received applications and process these applications with correct as-built drawings.
• Approval of the received applications in a specific time span (within 2 working days)
• Provide drawing information for building permit section, Road opening and all other data requirement.
• Registration of new QDRS users.
• Communication with PWA regarding any changes or relevant amendment in system.
• Justification of addition or deletion of any Kahramaa departments to the system.
• Interpret and process applications for design review.
• Responsible for entire process of design review.
• Develop application in QDRS to get approval for all Kahramaa scheme on behalf of engineers.
• Acquire RFI from all stakeholders and forward to relevant Engineers.
• Acquire Design approval from all stakeholders and forward to Planning and D&D engineers.
• Follow up with Ashghal for approval.
• Process all RFI application in a time bound manner.
• Process all design review application within a specific time period.
Mappings of Traffic Signal network Data Project (UAE) :-
In this project we developed a network between 160 road intersection points of Abu Dhabi with very precise Information of CCTV Cameras, CCTV Manhole, TVR Cameras and Signals, apart from these we covered each and very small information related with traffic signal network of every Road intersection point, for reference Ortho Image and approved (As-Built) drawings of every intersection point have been provided by Department of Traffic Management of Abu Dhabi UAE.

the proposed Power GIS Network through Survey to full-fill the Clients requirement.
