Review all related drawings.
Preparing document for Loop and Functional test.
Perform loop check and functional testing.
Assist with the Vendor performing loop and functional test.
Lead subordinates and manage work accordingly.
Meet and liaise with client requirements for solving the technical and engineering issues.
Review drawings such as; PID, one line diagram, loop drawing, cable connection drawings, etc.
Conduct proper installation of all kinds of instruments as per standards and specifications.
Supervision and internal inspection for the works of sub-contractors.
Perform loop checking and function test of instruments, fire alarm devices prior to pre-commissioning.
Meet/liaise with the consultants and end user for clearing punch points.
Always follow the standards operating procedure in operating and commissioning of the instruments and equipments.
Maintenance of existing Instrumentation and Controls systems and commissioning of capital upgrade projects.
Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
Plans, directs, and records periodic electrical testing, and recommends or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
