5. Assist in preparation of commissioning and operating manual. Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Tie-in to the existing system.
6. Review detail engineering designs include P&ID, PFD, SLD, Instrumentation Layout/Connection Diagram, Instrument Data Sheet, Job Risk Assessment, Logic Diagram, Cause & Effect Matrix for ESD/F&G, SAT/Commissioning/StartUp Procedures, Operational Test Procedure (OTP) for Coal Captive Power Plant.
7. Supervising Instrument Hook-Up, Instrument & Electrical Inspection, Functional Test, Loop-Check, Closing Punch List, and approving certain completion documents for SAT/Commissioning/Start-Up phases.
8. Responsible for Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning/Start-Up activities for all instrumentation and certain System Packages.
9. Supporting Pre-Commissioning/Construction activities in Instrument inspection & installation, and assisting contractors for reviewing & closing punch lists.
