• Maximize mobilization through regular meetings, follow-ups & strengthening of relationships with Travel Agents and Corporate Clients to up sell and cross sell our products and also ensure familiarization of the company’s products to customers.
• Prepare Short term and long term sales strategies so as to ensure that Monthly/Quarterly and Annual targets are met.
• Planning and guidance to business in decision making by suggesting business development plans based on competition products and promotions.
• Making and presenting the periodical performance presentations, sales activities, Marketing arrangement and Reports for the top management
• Ticketing, Reservation, Holiday packages and Group bookings.
• Responsible for customer service in the digital equipment division, duties included answering customer queries, problem solving and providing detailed information on new products.
• Recruiting and assisting with the job training of new employee.
