Overseeing the complete spectrum of procurement, contract negotiation, Supply Chain and logistics Management functions and engaging with both cost Centre head stakeholders and tangible, well-resourced functional stakeholders for an overall comprehensive approach ensures seamless operations and the consistent provision of general utility assets, especially inventory spares, chemicals, and general utility services.
Compiling and issuing solicitation documents such as RFPs, RFQs, and Tender Documents.
Overseeing the entirety of procure-to-pay (P2P) functions, Purchase Requisitions (PRs) through contracts or POs (Order Management) and extending to contract negotiation, Supply chain, and logistics functions that encompass the reception and management of materials essential for the successful execution of multiple ongoing projects.
Supervising the complete end-to-end Tender Management, Procurement Cycle, Contract Administration, and Process, which includes tender initiation and supplier assessment to negotiation and finalising the commercial terms and conditions, involves overseeing supplier relationships, managing pre- and post-tender clarifications, and handling Contract Administration, which involves identifying and evaluating dependable sources for the supply of goods and services, all while aligning with the organisation's policies, practices, and procedures.
Generating weekly and monthly management information reports focusing on procurement strategic initiatives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) providing executive summary reports, tracking ITT's (Invitation to Tender) processes and contractors administration, compiling monthly Procurement, Tender and Contract Trends reports, and the process of updating minutes of internal stakeholder meetings to ensure that managers possess the necessary information for informed decision-making.
Facilitating and overseeing Tender Committee Meetings when necessary, and ensuring that all relevant tenders, contracts, and essential information are kept updated to facilitate informed decision-making.
