• Handling sales and after sales operation for 2states of UAE(Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah) and retail showroom in Fujairah and earlier(before inner sales restructuring) handled sales and export operations for RAK Italy, RAK Belgium, Distributors in France and Jordan
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and new customers in person via calls and mails
• Following the existing customers to get their feedback
• Provide necessary product support to the customer as per company policy.
• Stock planning and projection reports provided to stock planning dept. every month based on the forecasts for the upcoming projects.
• Ensuring timely dispatch of materials to the customers.
• Responsible for total showroom (Fuj. showroom) orders dispatch.
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with them every week.
• Ensure timely collection of all outstanding on a priority basis.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets at the end of every month
• Checking quantities of goods on display in stock and pushing the same for sale to end customers
• Successfully achieved targets within the set deadlines
• Daily inputting of sales & purchase invoices to the finance system.
•Work experience in the field of Finance and Admin.
•Correspondence to the enquires of the RAK BANK staff related to Admin and Finance Dept.
•Dealing with Admin and Finance documents and getting approvals of HOF.
•Developing sales leads in the form of new customers, distribution networks and final end users.
•Managing and maintaining Export Sales to more than 9 countries.
•Customs documentation, Execution of shipments and Correspondence to all customer enquiries
•Organizing and Managing International and Local Trade Shows and Events.
•Managing and administrating daily office operations.
•Identifying client’s needs and coordinating with the stores and supply team to meet their needs and daily requirements.
