Job includes:
- Self correspondence
- Sending enquiries/emails to the different suppliers
- Preparing tenders/quotations, sales and service proposals to CTC, Ministry of Health, PAAET, Kuwait University, private institutions etc.
- Knowledge of e-tendering (KOC) and Tender submission
- Making purchase orders & sales orders
- Maintaining record for yearly sales
- Sending and receiving shipments (online) by courier and air/sea freight
- Banking correspondence (Letter of Credit, Telex Transfer etc)
- Making credit invoice, delivery note, memos, knowledge of Ifraj (Ministry of Health Approval) and Bank Guarantee forms.
- Follow up on orders, shipments
- Hotel reservation for guests, ticket booking
- Attending telephone calls, computerized filing, good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Internet and other secretarial works.
- Ability to handle all the work alone.
Clerical works, including typing demand draft, door to door money transfer, telex transfer etc.
