I am responsible for preparation of all Financial and MIS report to the Management and external auditors and share-holders, prepare Segment reports, annual budget and Business performance report, control of payments, Check and monitor the Central Bank reports including Basle 11 and 111, control daily Reconciliation process etc. exhibit innovative ideas to ensure document control, system enhancement, change in process to achieve economies of scale and set up and manage the Dept efficiently and effectively and ensuring high productivity and Bank safety standards with the ultimate aim of adhering of operating polices & procedures, regulatory & legal compliance and optimal utilization of human, system and financial resources.

 Ensure the process activities in the unit regarding structured products transactions are completed on time without error or loss and within cost.
 Monitor and control the derivative settlement policies and procedures and documentations and write process flow for the new products and suggest new ideas to improve the documental controls.
 Ensure availability and integrity of all required operational and financial records and guarantee all MIS & operational risk mgt reports are provided accurately, completely on time.
 Prepare the Credit Support Annex Report (CSA) on monthly basis and forward to the Management.
 Actively involved to suggest new ideas or solution to resolve the process issues and system issues.
 Analyzing existing accounting procedures / systems and restructuring them in order to attain optimum efficiency levels.
 Training and Development of junior members of the team.
 Successfully implemented the Reuters Kondor KTP Back Office Project and integrate the systems between the old systems to the new system. (System change over or transformation project)
 Actively involved in the K+TP back office system controls and monitor daily routine exceptions and take action.
 Actively involves in the day to day operation in the new system issues and how to rectify and improve the weaknesses and system enhancements.
 Receive the MTM valuation from 3rd party and update the valuation in the books of accounts.
 Monitoring of MTM and reconcile to OGL and reconcile the premium paid and received accounts on regular basis.
 Recommend and implement as required initiatives to improve process productivity, quality, risk, control and cost.
 Check the Derivative confirmations with term sheets and follow up if any amendments or corrections with counterparty and comply with ISDA.
 Interact with business, Risk Mgt, MO and legal on any documentation and compliance issues.
 Monitor the Structured products -Valuation, Accrued, Deal Entry, Re-pricing, Cash Flow, Unwind.
 Control and monitor of error log reports between FO and BO.
 To ensure the credibility and good image of the units and the department.
 Identify proper system requirements for processing of deals.
 Ensure full compliance of staff with bank personnel rules and regulations.
 Currently involves the Super Derivatives system (SD) implementation in NCB and in the Final UAT stage.

 Monitor/Handle settlements relating to FX, MM, Equities, Bonds, and Mutual Funds and Understand the Treasury products, hedging techniques, policies, processes, and procedures.
 Manage short and medium term cash flow requirements and have the knowledge of assets and liability management and commercial finance activities.
 Implementing systems, procedures & manuals for preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms.
 Production of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly, annually management information and work to a high level of accuracy and detail.
 Liaising with statutory auditors for quarterly and yearly audit and other auditors.
 Currently involves a project to obtain the highest matching ratio in SWIFT ACCORD confirmation matching system.
 Integrate the functions and the systems between several local branches and overseas branches and make a centralized control at the HO level.
 Properly control and monitor the local branches and overseas branches in the treasury operations activities.
 Assist in the implementation of treasury management system, operation controls, policies and procedures.

Involved in collection of Debtors and sale of assets and assets valuation.

Extensive involvement in managing supplier relationship at all levels.

Take part in Physical stock verification in regular intervals.

Head of accounts department and final responsibility taker.

Responsible for the promptness, regularity, accuracy and proper distribution of all Financial & Management reports.

Prepared Financial Statement, Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statement and Financial Viability Reports for new projects.

Involved in Cost Savings Projects.

Monitored & Ensured Accounting system is utilized effectively.

Managed the working capital and cash floe of the company.

Reviewed internal audit report and implemented the recommendation.

Establish letter of credit on imports and checked all export documentation presented to the bank.

Negotiated all marine, fire and burglary insurance polocies under the direction of the Director -Finance.

Ensure the compliance of internal operational procedures prescribed by the management.
