MMG is a multinational facilities management company having business operations in UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt. MMG have the contract for more than 400 outlets of major brands and major townships and buildings in UAE for preventive/corrective maintenance and project assignments.
• Business Process Automation project of MMG using Computer Aided Facilities Management System called Avantis along with assets capturing project for various clients, inventory / stock reconciliation projects, Data integration to Noria and database administration.
• IT Infrastructure upgrading project for MMG, security and backup management project for Emaar in Old Town Island, Dubai.
• Management & administration of IT infrastructure which includes Servers, Network, Security (Antivirus, Backup, Disaster Recovery Plan), Computer & Peripherals (Desktops, Laptops, Network Printer, Barcode Readers & Printers, Biometric system).
• Effective management of IT Department (Call Centre, Data Entry, Help Desk and Support) with IT Policies and Action plan, schedule and communication management, Risk and Quality management with effective budgeting.
• Managed multiple projects simultaneously through the entire project lifecycle beginning with case study going through initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling to closure.

Appointed as the IT Manager in the Hospitality division of Abbasi Group, which consists of all The Coffeebean & Tea leaf outlets in UAE and Noshi Noshi Restaurant, Dubai, then promoted as the Group IT Manager
• Managed IT requirements of the group companies in different business areas such as Hospitality, Real Estate, Textile and Investment by providing all support in Infrastructure, Application and Solutions.
• IT Infrastructure upgrading project of consolidating server and storage and set up a data centre for different business divisions.
• Effectively developed an IT strategy for the entire business divisions in accordance with the company portfolio and new corporatization policy.
• Business Process Automation project using Hospitality Management Application along with all functional department modules (Sales, Operations, Procurement and Finance) and its training
• Handled projects like kitchen printing facility, remote connection to the outlet for data transfer, daily sales processing for effective sales and stock management, monthly closing of financial module for the stability of data along with the management of ShawMan application for the Noshi Noshi restaurant.

Mobile Kangaroo and Andromeda Corp are two US based companies, planned to start their operations in IT sector (Mobile phone games) in India. I was responsible for the company initiation process and preliminary set up in India.
Competently worked in the Pacsoft 2000 project- a completely automated software for Cooperative banks in India. Pacsoft 2000 has been installed in more than 140 Cooperative Banks in Kerala. I have involved in all aspects of the project like designing, coding, testing and implementation.
Successfully developed a software application for distribution process specifically for pharmaceutical sector. Effectively managed a pharmaceutical distribution company and achieved the break-even in 3 years.
Started the career in ICES Ltd as a Junior Cad Engineer, promotes as QA/QC, Technical Support, and Project Leader. Deputed to Daxxes Information technology Pvt. Ltd India and then assigned to Daxxes Corporation, Denver, USA. Worked on various projects like BELL Canada, BELL Atlantic, LUFKIN-CONROE-TEXAS (LCTX), US West, ALPAC-1, ALPAC-2, AL-DAMMAM. These are AM/FM, GIS (Geographical Information System) conversion projects mainly in telecommunication area.
