PROJECT HANDLED AT L&T CONSTRUCTION
1. Air India Engine Test Cell Facility At Nagpur
This project comprises of Test Cell, Preparation, control building & Ancillary buildings and structures.
Creating model doing analysis and preparing stability report. Completed Design of foundation, RC walls, Columns, Beams, Slabs, Gantry girder, Steel Platform for Engine Handling system, Composite Deck slab, composite beam, Embedment & Fatigue Design.
Prepared Document and Submitted to CENCO & ICL for Approval.
2. Integrated Commercial Development At Seawoods Railway Station, Navi Mumbai
The project comprises of railway station, commercial office towers (G+20), basement parking, retail, multiplex, star hotel, entertainment area and an ROB.
Creating model doing analysis and preparing stability report for commercial tower. Completed Design of foundation, Retaining Wall, Shear walls, Columns, Slabs, Beams, Corbels, Water Tank, Steel canopies and Skylight.
Modeling of Subway, Multiplex Area, FEC Area, and Atrium Area in STADD Pro. Completed Design of pile foundation, columns, beams, composite beam & slabs.
Prepared Document and Submitted to IIT Mumbai, Rites, CIDCO, Railway Authority for Approval.
3. Commercial Development L&T Finance -Corporate office At kalian, Mumbai
The building consists of 3 Basements+ Ground +18 Floors.
Creating model doing analysis and preparing stability report. Completed Design of Raft foundation, Retaining wall, Shear walls, Columns, Slabs and Beams.
4. High-Rise Residential Development At Prestige Sunrise Park, Bangalore
15 Residential towers height from 51m to 75m. Total Built-up area of 35 lacks sq.ft. Including 2 Basements & Non Tower Area.
Creating model doing analysis and preparing stability report for one Tower. Completed Design of Raft foundation, Shear walls, Columns, Slabs and Beams.
6. Dhirubhai Ambani International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DAICEC)
The project comprises two temporary building (Ground +1 Floor)
Staad Modeling, Analysis, Completed Design of Composite floor, Steel column, Truss and fabrication drawing checking.
Role; Analysis and check Design documents and drawings submitted by consultants for releasing to sites.
PROJECT HANDLED AT INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY
1. LDA Sunrise apartments at manasarovar scheme, Lucknow
The residential building projects involved three numbers of G+7 and a G+3 storey buildings.
2. Proposed Hanger Building at ASTE, Bangalore
The steel structure dimensions are 65 x 60 x 8.5m. The Structural system consist of portal frame with single span 60m, the 9 numbers of bay is placed at 6.5m centre to centre. Designs of beam and columns are done and sections are arrived as member with pre-Engineered components.
3. INCOIS Campus Development, Hyderabad
This residential project is comprised six blocks and each block consist G+ 3 storeys analysis is done using STAAD.Pro software.
4. Railway Over-Bridges
Erode - Irugur Section (L.C No: 134),
Irugur - Podanur Section (L.C No: 146), Villupuram - Tiruchi Section (L.C No: 168),
Raichur - Gadwal Section (L.C No: 1070A), Chennai - Jolarpetai Section (LC no: 82),
MAS-GDR Section (LC 33),
Podanur and Madukarai Stations (LC 151).
These bridges are composite type of varying span from 21 to 35m.
PROJECT HANDLED AT CONSOLIDATED CONSTRUCTION CONSORTIUM LTD
HCL Technologies Development campus, Bangalore
This project consists of 6 buildings, project value is 45 crores. My responsibility in this project includes reinforcement checking as per drawing, centre line marking & testing of materials.
