Detail Job Profile: Preparation of specifications for various electrical equipments to be procured like LT
MCC Panels, VFD panels & DCS panels.
Checking of single line diagram, schematic, wiring drawings & internal base plate
arrangement drawings of LT MCC panel and VFD panel drawings.
Preparation of DCS input/output list, control loop, interlock drawings and its
corresponding write ups.
Checking of panels like Boiler MCC Panels, VFD Panels, instrument panels & Control
Desk.
Review of P&ID, Preparation of Design Basis, Instrument Index.
Preparation & Checking of Cable schedules for Power, Control, Signal, compensating,
Interconnection Cables & Junction box wiring drawings.
Checking and approval of cable routing, lighting layout & earthing layout drawings along with the co-Ordination of civil & mechanical departments.
Preparation & Checking of control room layouts.
Estimation of cables, cable trays and its accessories.
Checking and approval of impulse fittings and compressed air line routing drawings.
Preparation of specification/data sheet for Electrical & Instrumentation Equipments.
Co-ordination with all departments such as Engineering, Purchase, Production, Quality and dispatch Of materials as per the schedule.
Sorting the technical queries raised during preparation of Drawings / Fabrication /
Erection.
Co-ordination with Erection & Commissioning department both at office and at site for completion of project with agreed performance parameters.
Done the inspection of various electrical equipments. (LT MCC, VFD PANELS, DCS
PANELS)
Checking of Scope charts, Instruments lists & 100% review of projects.
