Major Responsibilities & Activities:
 Responsible for all the sales, marketing & Technical activities.
 Collecting enquiry by direct, site visit, e-mail & via phone and prepare best offer / getting orders.
 Technical meeting with the client’s to understand their requirements and demonstrate the proposals.
 Working with project sites and related Consultants on Project basis.
 Get products specified by Consultants and Lighting designers
 Regular visit & procuring business from Client & Contractor.
 Procuring business by making presentations to Architects, Consultants and Clients.
 Working with the Government entities, Client/Consultant and getting approvals for supply from various industries and Government departments.
 Provide all Sale and Technical Support.
 Involved with Estimation Department to getting best price offer from Manufacturer and Supplier and prepare best offer (Quotation to the Customer.
 Involved with Procurement Department to prepare purchase requisition and purchase order to Manufacturer / Supplier & Assisted to finalize the Material Manufacturer as per Specification/ vendor list.
 Involved with Design Department to giving input data for Lighting Design, reviewing Auto CAD Drawing & reviewing Lighting Design as per project & specification.
 Involved with Technical Department for to prepare Technical & Design Submittal for all Electrical Lighting Materials
 Involved with Ware House Department (Store) to execute deliveries of Materials.
 Involved with Accounts/Finance Department for collection of payment from customer.
 Work distribute to each Department.
 Technical Meeting with client, consultant & Contractors.
Other Activities:
• Studying the specification, lighting drawings and request/prepare for the quotation.
• Manage/ prepare specified & alternative proposals based on client’s requirements.
• Technical Materials Submittal Preparation, Co-ordinate with Consultant & Client directly to get orders/clarification.
• Reviewing and studying the tender documents (Specifications, BOQ and Drawings) for price estimation
• Find out the BOQ & quantity from the drawing and can identify how the quantify various electrical items from the drawings
• Technical meeting with Manufacturer/Supplier.
• Inspection of lighting luminaries (QC/QA) while receiving.
• Visiting/Collecting new enquiry from direct project site, through Client, Consultant, Main Contractor & MEP Contractor, etc.
• Proper and close co-ordination with Electrical Consultant, Project Managers, Client, End user and Authorities and other contractors.

 Knowledge in Lighting Design and also effectively use Lighting Calculation Software like Dialux

 Good knowledge in AutoCAD and Dialux lighting software program.
 Professional Knowledge in the lighting products and lighting brands of reputed manufacturer luminaries
