 Following up work Senior Engineer, Supervisors to get the maintenance jobs as per plan.
 Conducting Daily, weekly planning meetings and shutdown meetings
 Participating in meetings, improve reliability, reduce maintenance cost & improve HSE metrics.
 Planning, scheduling and monitoring Unit and Plant Shutdowns

 Leading Turnaround Planning of 2012 Olefin-1 Plant and 2010 PVC/VCM plant Turnarounds.
Job Description:
 Initiation Phase: Planning Turnaround preparation. Creating AR, WBS, Conducting Turnaround Initiation meeting, Forming Turnaround preparation team.
 Scoping phase : Coordinating with all disciplines for TA scope collection, Scope review, challenging and issue preliminary job list.
 Planning & Scheduling phase : Creation of work orders, Studying, understanding all relevant documents & conditions pertaining to the work orders and Preparing Isometric drawings with Materials list using SPF and SAP according to plant piping, painting and insulation specifications. Identifies and recommends requirements for specialized contractor work, preparation of job specification/job scope of contracts and coordinating bid evaluation as required.
Liaises with Maintenance, Operation, & Inspection Engineers to determine their resources requirements and plans required manpower, material, equipment and services for the successful accomplishment of jobs
Following materials take off and prefabrication before Turn around
Deployment of manpower & equipment schedules from Primavera. Preparation of Turnaround packages.
 Pre-turnaround Phase: Kick of meeting with contractors, coordinating contractor & equipment mobilization, coordinating turnaround facilities.
 Turnaround Phase: Leading Turnaround meetings & Contractors meeting, Monitoring & making S-Curves for actual completion of work Vs schedule and initiates control measures to control deviation. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
 Post Turnaround Phase: Invoices verification, Critiques meeting, Preparation of Close out report and Project closing.

 Responsible for planning for the work orders to be carried out in Utility & Ethylene Glycol Plants. Understanding and accessing the work notifications from process, Creating work orders, Planning work activities, resources ( man, materials & equipments) using SAP R/3 according to DOW Chemicals Global maintenance work procedure and EQUATE standards, preparing job packages consists of Work orders, Schedule, Safe Job plan, Drawings & relevant documents.
 Advising scheduler to get maintenance schedule in Primavera-6 according to operations priority and resources availability.
 Following up work activity co coordinators, Process activity co-coordinators, material controller and PPM co-coordinator to get the maintenance jobs as per plan.
 Maintenance budget preparation and maintenance cost optimization.
 Participating in maintain facility team meetings, to improve Department maintenance activities, improve reliability, reduce maintenance cost & improve HSE metrics.

ADGAS Annual Turnaround Project (Train 1& Boilers SD 2007 & Train 2 & Boilers 2009) - Core Team Senior Planning Engineer
 Responsible for planning and scheduling for the work orders to be carried out in Annual Turnaround in the LNG plants consists of Heat exchangers, Columns, Vessels, Propane & MCR compressors and GE turbines, Elliot make Turbine drives 60 bar & 250 TPH boilers, Fire water and Cooling water (Sea water systems), Connected Hydro carbon gas, Steam, Condensate, Air, Sea water pipe lines.

 Erected and Commissioned 14 Ton Shellmax boiler- 1no, Replaced westerwork boiler burner by weishaupt Germany burner and Furnace oil, Air systems in 7 days.
 Being involved in Project proposal, planning, estimation of new proposed 180 ton/day Tyre plant at Irapuram Rubber Park.
 Proposal, Erection and commissioning of soft water treatment plant.

Operation & maintenance of Wartsila make 18 V 32 E model diesel engines, Westfalia and Alfa Laval make oil separators, screw pumps, air compressors, single stage and multi stage centrifugal pumps and soot blowers, Thermax WHR Boilers, Reverse Osmosis plant and Hot water fired Vapour absorption M/C .

Erection and commissioning of Coal Handling Equipments like Belt conveyors, Crushers, Hoppers etc. Fabrication and Erection of Dust Extraction System and Dust suppression system for coal handling systems.
