- Shouldered the responsibility to set up new camps. I successfully established three camps and a Camp Office for the company.
- Provided all types of facilities in accordance with labour law in the camp; medical care to employees and staff during their stay at camp.
- Deftly handled Management Camp, Staff Camp and labour Camp consisting of more than 800 & 6000 employees respectively and office administration.
- Supervised several works like security, housekeeping maintenance of the camp.
- Ensured proper provision of water and electricity to the camp. Take care of employee accommodation and issuing of bedding materials to them.
- Supervised fleet and transport operations in the Company.
- Restructured the office filing system to make it easier to access client chart and information quickly and efficiently.
