The main responsibility of the role is to assist the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sales team & the Marketing team whilst liaising with the different departments to facilitate the work.

Responsible for the stock requisitions on Oracle Application for the commercial department, including letter heads, envelopes, uniforms and give away items.
Responsible for Event management - Arranging of venue and ensuring all arrangements done for presentation, seminars and press meets.
Handle the Government Projects letters (GP) and deal out with related communications.
Assist the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales and Head of Marketing, in preparing the meeting’s agenda and taking the minutes.
Collect and file all the internal and external circulars, statistics, flights monitoring, uplifts and other technical reports.
Collect the Sales Reports & Other Airlines Market Practice from the Corporate and Trade account Manager on weekly and monthly basis. Arrange proper filing and keep the data up to date for management use.
Support in arranging data, documents and all material needed for events, presentations and workshops.
Help out in preparing presentations when needed.
Update the market information by sending emails to the local trade.
Handle rebates quota after consulting same with the Key Account Managers.
Support the Trade and Corporate accounts while the sales team is on the field
Help in preparing letters of appreciation to the Trade and Corporate Accounts when achieving good results, on monthly basis, after consulting same with the key account managers, and send letters to encourage weak performance.
Assist in handling professional communications with the agents, such as reply to letters and complaints related to Commercial issue, write letters regarding various discrepancies committed by the agents, renewal and discontinuation of deals given to the corporate accounts, etc. after consulting same the assigned key corporate & trade account managers.
Contribute with local inputs and articles gathered from the sales team, handover same to the marketing department to insert it in the company News Letter Flyer.
