As a Marketing Consultant at BDO Jordan, My role will be pivotal in shaping and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the marketing landscape of the department. i were responsible for a diverse set of tasks aimed at establishing a robust marketing infrastructure, fostering international partnerships, driving sales, and ensuring the optimization of various systems for effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Preparation:

Spearhead the development and preparation of the marketing infrastructure for the BDO Academy Department.
Oversee the implementation of systems and processes necessary for seamless marketing operations.

Launch Announcement:

Officially announce the launch of the marketing systems to both internal and external stakeholders.
Develop communication strategies to create awareness and excitement surrounding the BDO Academy Department's marketing initiatives.
International Agencies Acquisition:

Identify and secure partnerships with international agencies aligning with the goals of the BDO Jordan.
Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to promote these agencies effectively in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Sales Enhancement:

Formulate and implement strategies to increase sales for BDO Academy programs and services.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and revenue targets.

Methodology Development:

Actively participate in the creation of methodologies for programming and marketing bids.
Provide valuable insights and expertise to ensure the methodologies are aligned with industry best practices and client expectations.

Digital Forensic Collaboration:

Collaborate with the audit team to conduct digital forensic work related to marketing initiatives.
Ensure marketing practices adhere to regulatory standards and contribute to the enhancement of digital security measures.

CRM System Building:

Lead the establishment and management of a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Customize the CRM system to cater to the specific needs of the BDO Academy, fostering improved client relationships and communication.

Verification and Survey Systems:

Design and implement verification systems to authenticate the credentials of the consulting team.
Develop survey systems to gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement of consulting services.
