Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR offices in various locations.
• Maintain and update employee record, both electronically and in hard copy format, ensuring accuracy of data and securely filed in accordance with company systems.
• To provide support to the HR Manager/Assistant Manager for reporting and analysis of workforce statistics.
• To be responsible for managing the administration of the new joiners process, ensuring that necessary work permit, visa, visa medical, emirates ID cards, Labor Cards etc. are processed on time.
• To be responsible for managing the administration of the leavers process, ensuring that final account checklist of the company is completed and ensure that costs and risk to the business are minimized.
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensuring that payroll adjustments are accurately reflected in the HR system.
• Monitor the absenteeism record of employees and accurately update/maintain employee leave records.
• Organize Insurance cards for employees and handle claims related to Medical and Group Life Insurances.
• Maintain record of movement of passports, labor cards, security passes, travel cards etc including safe custody. Keep track of all documents in a fashion that would enable easy retrieval/identification.
• To communicate courteously with internal and/ or external customers by telephone, email and face to face, building positive relationships, investigating, responding to and progressing issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.

-Preparing the paid - unpaid list in order to attain salary certificate for the company for the particular month-Preparing and maintaining the attendance & leave record for the complete staff.\{ Annual leaves\}-Scheduling the annual and emergency leaves for the employees due for their annual leaves of one month as per their entitlement.-Air ticketing and leave settlements for the employee’s proceeding for vacation.-Tracking and follow up for the employees on vacation.-Maintaining leave record for the organization\{Contract & Visa Cancellation\}-Visa cancellation on contract expiry & before contract expiry on resignations.-Gratuity, notice period, leave encashment along with salaries and other payments & dues as a part of final settlement for visa cancellation.
