SECTION HEAD - CENTRAL WORKSHOP:
STEEL MAKING PLANT (SMP) - MELT SHOP AND CCM, ROLLING MILL PLANT (RMP) - 2 UNITS, WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND OTHER ANCILLARY DEPARTMENTS.
FABRICATION SECTION: Fabrication of All kind of Structural and Equipment, Parts and units, Weld Build up and Hard Facing, Fabrication and Installation of Piping work - DCS Ducts and Water Cooling panels, Process and Utility Pipelines.
MECHANICAL AND HYDRAULIC SECTION: All kind of SMP and RMP equipment, Units and Parts including Mechanical and Hydraulic - Servicing / Overhauling and Testing.
MACHINING SECTION: To fulfill the normal and urgent requirement of SMP and RMP Parts and Units with full capacity.
ELECTRICAL SECTION: 1) Electrical Motors servicing with Rewinding and Testing, 2) Electrical equipment, Parts and units servicing & testing and 3) Instruments Testing and Calibration.
JOB PROFILE:

# Overall planning, coordination, and control of project from beginning to completion with respect to client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Job Duty and Responsibilities:
# Reviews all engineering design drawings of section of the project before passing them for use to his group.
# Directs and supervises project engineers in the performance of all aspects of their work.
# Exercises strict control over costs of construction particularly the use of labor, materials and equipment. This includes reviewing variances from budgeted expenditure and recommends / initiates action to bring them under control.
# Discusses and resolves daily site problems with site supervisors.
# Monitors construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provides input to the regular reports.
# Maintains functional links with other unit heads in the project, particularly with the Accounts and Administration units.
# Makes forward plans in section of the project for the release of equipment and personnel employed.
# Compile construction programme based on milestones and deliverables and review regularly with construction team and identify corrective actions.
# Monitor, control and improve production and productivity levels on site.
# Ensure that construction costs are accurately captured and reviewed to ensure proper cost control and cost reduction.
# Identify most effective and efficient construction methodology and compile method statements with site engineers and foremen.
# Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are adhered to on a construction site.
# Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and delivering a product that adheres to the specifications.
# Promote harmonious industrial relations at all times.
# Engages in disciplinary hearings as required in terms of Disciplinary Procedures.
# Establish and maintain relationships with construction role players.

Project Detail: Design, Supply and Project Execution - Up gradation of complete Hydraulic System Hydraulic Power Unit, Valve Stands, Piping and PLC system for Marine Loading Arm.
Client: SAUDI ARAMCO, YANBU REFINERY, YANBU, SAUDI ARABIA.
B) Project in charge:
Project Detail: Design & Manufacturing Coordination and Project Execution - Up gradation of complete Hydraulic and Lubrication system for Ship Loader.
Client: IBN BAYTAR - SHIP LOADER, JUBAIL INDUSTRIAL PORT, SAUDI ARABIA.
C) Project in charge:
Project Detail: Design & Manufacturing Coordination and Project Execution - Hydraulic Test Rig including PLC system for testing of various capacity of Hydraulic Pumps & Motors, Directional Control Valves, Proportional Valves, Servo valves and Cylinders.
