Roles and Responsibilities:
• Tele Sales / Marketing
• Maintain Properties Sold and Rented Record Report any distress sale opportunity to Management
• Coordinating with Clients for transfers etc.
• Co-ordination with Sales team(agents)
• Maintaining data base of Real Estate Agents in UAE
• Maintaining data base of clients / potential clients
• Broadcasting Properties thru BBM and emails of properties available for Rent and Sale.
• Buying Properties
• Selling Properties
• Renting Properties
• Visiting land Department when advised
• Coordinating with tenants for the renewal of tenancy contract,
• Coordinating with tenants for payment of District Cooling
• Any other tasks assigned by the management as to be given time to time
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Managing training for the client
• Follow up with existing clients and non-existing clients
• Handling records of clients
• Selling the product thru phone calls
• Exploring new Sales areas and ways to achieve targets
• Take full Ownership of Clients problems and ensure complete customer satisfaction of problem resolution
• Attract potential clients by answering product and service question
