o Explaining the guest about the different packages and facility.
o Handling the cash in reception.
o Up selling.
o Guest relations, solving guest complains, taking feedbacks on departure.
o Answering, screening and directing incoming calls.
o Taking reservations.
o Coordination with all other departments for smooth functioning.
o Experience of handling front office and cashier desk.
Can handle and work with Fidelio, IDS , WIN HMS ,CLS and Opera software.
