-Review and approve all materials and shop drawing submitting.
-Respond to design conflicts raised by the Contractor and make design solution for Contractor's compliance.
-Carry out of inspections as requested by the contractors.
-Attends meetings with the Client and Contractor's Representative and discuss the progress of work concerning deficiencies, activities that need RFI and works that are delayed.
-Prepare snag list of the project at the final stage and submit to the Contractor for rectification and completion.
I have worked on a variety of residential, commercial and retail mixed. Since working for this Firm I have managed projects from the initial design stage right through to completion, producing shop drawing, handling of site supervision and monitoring .
i was an architect site inspector, monitoring mainly a Military School, Ensure Contractor's compliance with the quality requirements specified in the contract documents and other relevant applicable codes and standards, Respond to design conflicts raised by the Contractor and make design solution for Contractor's compliance.
