• Effectively managing the entire Payroll functions (timesheets, deductions, additions, salary advance, loans, leave settlement, etc) in Microsoft Dynamics-Navision.
• Managing on-boarding and off-boarding process for all employees.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
• Focal point for the company’s medical, life and workmen compensation.
Successfully manage HR and payroll activities, ensuring the alignment between employee and company needs. Process monthly payroll and staff settlement using Adrenalin platform. Responsible for processing new hires, rehires and employee transfers, including paperwork, drug screening, background checks, and E-verification. Conduct resume screening and first-round phone interviews, selecting candidates for interviewing with hiring managers.
Coordinated HR activities and monthly payroll of full- and part-time workers (timesheets, deductions, additions, salary advance, loans, leave settlement, etc.). Prepared payroll related reports (OT, variance analysis, sick leave, and addition/deduction summaries).
