As a Product Technical Manager cum Project Manager, the prime responsibilities included successful execution of projects and introducing product & process enhancements at various stages of the project based on detailed analysis, evaluation and SWOT analysis. The peripheral responsibilities included maintaining client relationship with continuous updates on the latest technological trends and their impact on the client-side implementation for incessant growth and improvement. Providing valuable insights during the drafting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), testing the pragmatic implications and achievability of the SLA and mobilizing the various departments to safe guard the customer interest by working within the SLA norms.
Under the profile of Product Technical Manager, the core responsibilities included managing the Product Support team and provisioning for rigorous training in order to ensure constant knowledge update and possessing capability of providing excellent technical support. Product improvement through detailed research and development was also one of the primary responsibilities under this role.
