•Experienced Manager -QA with proven ability with design, develop, test and to implement effective strategies for product development and proven ability to streamline processes and increase the productivity with AGILE and other software development methodologies
•Proven hands-on experience with software quality assurance best practices, including project plan development, test strategy development, test plan development, test case & test data review, and test automation for all types of software testing’s.
•Great experience in recruit, build, mentor, collaborate multiple software QA teams and managing team performance appraisals and identifying the team technical gaps and providing guidance to improve their skills and knowledge.
•Verifiable track record to develop and manage 8 global diversified offshore and onshore 50+ resources with managing 10 large software financial products.
•As a Manager work across with the global teams, developers, product teams, QA teams, leads, technology managers and stake holders to ensure quality releases for all products with high quality standards and providing monthly & weekly status metrics to business stake holders.
•Great experience in product release management, configuration, installations and development life cycle management. Expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies and process implementation.
•Experience in to collaborate with multiple teams and identifying the best practices/methodologies and implementing those ideas and verifiable track record to deliver US$ ~200 million international projects/products through co-coordinating with diversified global technology teams.
•Great Experience in Project Management, Project Estimations & Planning, IT Program / Portfolio Management, Technical Account Management, Team Leadership & Coaching, Agile / Scrum and Waterfall, SDLC, Resource Planning, Risk Management, Change Management, Budget Control, Documentation / Status Reports, Communications, Vendor/client Management, Technology Procurement, Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance.
•Experienced people manager hired and performance managed for on-shore and off-shore teams, including hiring, mentoring, coaching, team building, providing constructive feedback and performance appraisals.
•Great experience with US, UK, EU, AU and global customers/clients and ~1 year onsite (TX, NJ & NY) experience.
•Great experience in multiple domain applications testing (Finance, Banking, Telecom, Marketing, Education etc.)
