Play the role of strategic Business Partner to Senior Management, develop & maintain robust Admin function, putting in place good practices and processes
Correspond with consultants with regard to documents for H1B and GC process
Respond to consultant’s quires with regard to status issues, H1B filing and GC process
Develop, implement and manage the administration policies, procedures & guidelines
Co-ordinate with the attorneys and the consultants for the PERM (GC) filing. Finalize job title/description, ad content, recruitment process and ETA 9089 form.
File H1B petitions for the consultants. Reply to RFE’s
Liaise with the Attorneys for the- I-140 & I-485 filings
Ensure smooth running of process office by supervision and monitoring administration
Maintain database and follow up with clients for documents, send reminder mails and answers quires by email
Responsible for client service from signup to visa approval
Responsible for preparing complete visa documentation including itinerary and travel planning
Do a through scrutiny of all the documents for complete and accurate documentation
Conduct mock interview session and provide interview guidance
Understanding the business processes and support needs of the clients and prospects in order to develop the appropriate competitive response solutions
Develop a strong relationship with the key functional user base and senior executives of corporate clients and prospects.
Collaborating with the Clients Key User Group to ensure opportunity identification and provide customized tariff plans for business growth
Provide regular feedback on competition, loss of order, new requests, etc.
Highlight the service related issues to the support and network team
Responsible for the day to day operations of the branch
Developing strong field force to mobilize deposits
Responsible for maintaining account books and ledgers
Handle customer quires
Provide administrative support to the Business Manager, sales team, and coordinate the administration of the office.
Provide after sales support to clients and resolve issues if any. Monitoring customer accounts
Review and ensure all the company's assessment and other policies are adhered
Administer the correspondence between sales team, clients and other departments from HO
Collate data and prepare reports weekly/ monthly reports
Administer record systems and related information services, and support management of records.
Collaborating with the various teams within the company for smooth movement of the associates
Arranging the Accommodation / Transportation once the employees are deployed to UAE region.
