Seaways Shipping and Logistics Limited) Hyderabad, a Service & Cargo logistics company, having 29 branches across India and overseas subsidairies. The company owns one vessels and providing logistics support for Exports and Imports. The operations of the company are CHA, C&F, Stevedoring etc.,

Job Responsibilities
 Dealing with statutory compliances such as Service Tax and Income tax.
 Analyzing systems and policies for smooth functioning.
 Debtors analysis and verifying funds utilization.
 Checking and verifying accounts of all branches and HO.
 Coordinating with the Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Transfer Pricing Auditors & Tax Auditors.
 Handling Documentation issues in line with Indian GAAP.

 Focused on working capital, submitting stock statements regularly.
 Coordinated with the Rating Agencies for obtaining Credit Rating.
 Handled taxation matters, represented to the tax authorities.
 Handled LC Issues related to Imports and Exports, LC Discounting.
 Finalized accounts prepared various reports thereon and coordinated with statutory auditors.
 Complied Statutory compliances.

 Generated and finalizing Annual Financial in consultation with auditors, Deloitte & Touché.
 Handled LC issues related to Imports & Exports.
 Focused on reduction of consumption of raw materials by 6% through suggesting right material mix, reporting system and reduction of wastages.
