 Leading the Project with planned construction of 9.5 L SFT of residential & commercial. Out of 9 L SFT of Residential, 1 L SFT fully completed and handed over to customers.
 Got clearance for the project that was rejected by SEAC2 under the pretext that the ground coverage is more than 50% by presenting a detailed statement collected from various Minutes Of meetings that the committee approved so many projects of more than 50% ground coverage& a detailed disaster management plan to Authorities.
 Achieved construction of parking space for over 500 cars (mechanical car parking), UG Water Tank, FFTG Tanks, STP within space constraint by ensuring right design and space planning.
 Construction done by creating design mix using G.G.B.S thereby reducing the cement component to tune of 30% achieving costs saving of total 10% of the cement consumption approximately INR 30 million.
 Led completion of Project Quality Policy to ensure Construction Quality.
 Cost savings achieved by use of readymade steel instead of conventional reinforcement. 10% of the total reinforcement used in project approximately 100 metric tons about INR 3 MN.
 Led project under planned construction of more than 12 lac SFT of residential construction ranging from G+7 to G+30 structures and 3 lakh sft of commercial buildings of G+7 and a resort namely ‘Chokhi Dhani’ in the model of heritage village structure.
 Completed Mahindra Renault showroom with a built up area of 60thousand SFT and the span between the columns of more than 12m in a record period of 65 days.
 Installed 2 STP plants of 250 cubic meter and a 350 cubic meter using MMBR technology for the first time in Thane area.
 Led design team to give ethnical look for the ‘Chokhi Dhani’ resort in local Rajasthan style.
 Saved cement consumption by 10% and reduced plastering duration by 65 days by using ready-mix plaster giving due consideration to the quality of the sand, and the workmanship.
 Implemented stringent quality system to ensure the project quality
 Won Absolute Quality award, Best safe zone award, Best Space planning Award and Best Engineer award by Artist in Concrete in collaboration with Indian Express for the year 2008. As a feather in the cap, won the National Level Best Engineer award in 2011.
