Pioneered the establishment of Honeywell HR Technology RUN portfolio across Global HRIT Services/HR Centers of Excellence in the Honeywell IT umbrella across technologies. Direct and manage various enterprise level applications under the HR portfolio to comply with the RUN framework of operations. Established the HRIT India operations in Madurai (Tier II city) from scratch & successfully built it to over 100+ employees across various portfolios and technology streams. Highly successful in leading Honeywell HRIT India operations and executed variety of HR Transition projects. Expanded multi-location project teams across Madurai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Brno, CZ and Shanghai, China thereby setting up the precedent for other IT teams within Honeywell. Designed and implemented a global self-service strategy for the Manager/Employee self service programs.
Successfully implemented Peoplesoft 8.9 and provided hyper care support. Partnered with HR, Vendors, and internal technical resources. Drove projects to successful completion, interfaced with vendor technical support, coordinated and ran testing cycles, performed data analysis, and provided post implementation support.
Successfully developed and implemented DPOnline system for 5 new banks in the APAC region. This involved extensive planning and coordination with multiple external banking customers
