To submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paper works to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, Trade license, labor permits, etc.
•To proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits including Medical and Emirates ID.
•Assist all employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents.
•Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
•Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labour changes.
•To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
•Responding to staff queries on Visa/Labour/Passport related matters.
•To renew all company related licenses prior to their expiry date.
•Send out notifications on documentation required to renew trade licenses and immigration cards, etc. required by the government bodies at the time of license renewals.
•Assist in all general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.
•Assist in company errand when required to.
Identifying new sales leads and Pitching products and/or services.
•Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
•Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
•Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
•Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
•Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
•Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
•Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
•Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
•Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
•Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
•Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
•Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
•Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
•Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Contact businesses or private individuals in order to solicit sales for goods or services, or to request donations for charitable causes
•Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
•Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
•Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
•Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
