• Leading overall 3 programs, 8 projects and 40+ resources where I am responsible for estimating/forecasting, resourcing, process / deliverables quality reviews, test design, test plan, test script creation, test execution and implementation of large and complex projects spanning multiple applications and multiple releases using Testing productivity tools.

• Led a team of 10+ employees for a US based Insurance Company ‘The Hartford’, managing a portfolio of around 100+ applications and new projects enabling web processes which led to reducing the turnaround time by half in for better customer satisfaction ratings for the client with IBM Lotus Domino, DB2, Oracle and testing tools and methodologies.
• As a Lead, my role is to gather requirements, estimate using client provided estimation tools, prepare/review software requirement specification, design document, test cases.
