Leading a team consists of instrument Technicians, Instrument fitters & Electrician for installation & commissioning and maintenance of process control instrumentation field.
Ø Reviewing of instrumentation drawings such as instrumentation location and cable tray layout, installation hook ups, junction boxes, loop schemes & cable schedules.
Ø Manpower planning and estimation, and preparation of failure analysis reports (FAR) and recommendations to avoid recurrence, preparation of various progress reports, PM task reports and purchase requisition for spares.
Ø Experience in preparation/ review of all types of field instruments, material requisitions, cable schedule, instrument data sheets, Hook up diagrams, loop diagrams, P & ID’s, & As built drawings for instruments.
Ø Experience in review of DCS / PLC system architecture drawings, graphics and PLC Logic diagrams, segregation / Grouping of I/O’s.
Ø Able to carry out technical evaluations of vendor offers, checking of vendor drawings, PLC, DCS and relay cabinets and various instruments.
Ø Job involved the minor projects (modification jobs of Local Instruments) which includes the Erection, field calibration checking, loop checking & commissioning of instruments Carrying out day-to-day running Maintenance and preventive Maintenance of Oil Gathering Centers (GC’s) consisting of Oil & Gas Separators, Desalters, Condensate recovery units, Ruston gas turbines, Crude dispatch Pumps and Gas Booster stations consisting of Gas turbine driven Centrifugal Gas Compressors & Gas dehydration units
Diploma in Electronics Apprenticeship in Instrumentation from FFC Technical Training centre. PLC Training from Siemens Training centre
